Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair high-end residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers
• Provide technical support to junior technicians as needed
• Utilize laptop and phone to research repair problems, look up equipment parts & schematics, and document job details
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vans
• Daily travel. We service Davidson County, Williamson County, Wilson County, Summer County, Rutherford County, and surrounding areas

Experience required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of appliance repair experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
